The USAG Levels Program is a progressive gymnastics program designed by the National governing body of gymnastics, USA Gymnastics. Every four years the USAG sets forth the skills, routines and requirements for each of the different levels.
Anyone participating in the USAG Levels 1 through 4 program at Meridian will be working the skills and routines set forth by USAG. This program is the stepping stone to our competitive team, and offers the opportunity to learn routines and possibly attend fun competitions once or twice a year. Competitions are not sanctioned by the USAG therefore athletes will not be required to purchase a USAG athlete membership.
Once an athlete progresses up through Level 4, they would then be eligible to move on to either the sanctioned compulsory team at Level 4 or the PREP-Optional program, another program offered by USA Gymnastics and Meridian.
Meridian also has a sanctioned competitive program Levels 4 through 10 and Prep Optional.
Please feel free to call for more information on any of our programs or with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Christine Caron, Owner and Program Director
Jessica Deloge, Manager/Team Program Director
