Recreational Class Schedule

The goal of our class program is to create a safe environment where children can develop strength, flexibility, and motor skills conducive to good physical fitness and gymnastics progress while also promoting positive self-esteem and having fun!

participatory for ages 4 and under.

interact socially and work on gross motor skills using gymnastics equipment.  This is an introduction to direction following and structured activity.

Recreational classes for preschoolers and kindergarteners.  Students learn basic gymnastic skills and improve gross and fine motor ability using gymnastics equipment.

 Advanced Class

      1 hour      15 minutes 

 Recreational class for students with a more advanced skill level.  This class has skill requirements for admission.  Please call the gym for more specific information.
