Welcome to Meridian! I have been involved in gymnastics for the past 30 years and thrive on bringing the many benefits of gymnastics to others. The mission of Meridian Gymnastics is to strive to make learning gymnastics enjoyable and fun. Students will develop muscular strength and flexibility through conditioning exercises and fun games. Our classes will help improve body alignment, balance and physical condition, as well as help foster a positive self-esteem. The staff at Meridian will do their best to make each class a positive experience for every student while at the same time remembering that all students are individuals with different needs and aspirations. Whether you are involved in the recreational class program, the USAG levels program, or our competitive team; there is a place for everyone at Meridian!
